Roselyn has been in our family for 30 years and a bed and breakfast for 20 years. We offer quality accommodation in comfortable surroundings. Our rooms are equipped to a high specification and are all en suite. We have off road parking for guests and secure storage for bicycles.We are situated approximately a ten minute walk from the harbour side in a quiet location at the top of the town.
This is our largest room and offers double en suite accommodation including a massage shower. It is dual aspect and has a small lounge area furnished with armchairs. The room is decorated in neutral tones with accents of wedge wood blue and navy. Complete with plantation shutters. Petroc room is well equipped with a 22 inch free view TV, silent fridge (stocked with mineral water, chocolate real coffee and fresh milk) clock radio, hairdryer and well stocked refreshment tray.
This is a twin en suite room at the front of the house. Views are across the fields towards Trevone.The room is decorated in neutral tones with accents of aubergine and chocolate. Complete with plantation shutters Cadoc room is well equipped with a free view TV, silent fridge (stocked with mineral water, chocolate, real coffee and fresh milk), clock radio, hairdryer and a well stocked refreshment tray.
Is a double ensuite room looking out over the garden. The en suite has a shower and a French style high sided tub bath. The room is decorated in neutral tones with accents of aubergine and acid green. Complete with plantation shutters. Pirran room is well equipped with free view TV ,silent fridge (stocked with mineral water, chocolate, real coffee and fresh milk),clock radio, hairdryer and a well stocked refreshment tray.
The room has French doors for the summer months and a log burning stove for the colder months.The Dining room also has a large sofa and a good selection of local interest books. Our menu is comprehensive and varied, most diets and tastes can be catered for. We try to source our menu locally.
